By using Famlysync, you agree to these terms. Famlysync is provided as-is, with no warranty. We do our best to keep your data safe and available, but we're not liable for data loss, downtime, or other damages arising from use of the app.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age to use Famlysync — an adult, or at least the age of digital consent in your country. As the account holder you are responsible for any personal data you enter about other members of your household, including minors (for example, a child's name on an event or task). Only enter such information if you are entitled to.

Acceptable use

• Use Famlysync only for personal, household organization.
• Don't try to disrupt the service or access other households' data.
• You're responsible for the people you invite to your household.

Your content

You own the content you create. We store it on your behalf so household members can see it. We don't claim any rights over it.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
